I am sorry to everyone who is checking the blog, I keep trying, but it either won't upload my pictures or we lose the connection! Hopefully it will work this time, third times a charm right? If I get the pictures to down load, this is our second team. We worked on the roof of The Marshall's house and the basement. We started with sweeping. Have you ever tried to sweep in Mexico? Well, if you have you would know that no matter how good you sweep, there is always dirt! So we swept and swept and swept some more! After the sweeping was done we had to mix a red paint mix that would seal the cracks, we hope! So Maxine and I, with the help of Victor, mixed that up while the other crew painted it on the roof. We then had to have the cement team finish up by adding some concrete to some of the spots that needed a little help. We ended our night with a fabulous dinner of chicken & rice and rolls. It was delicious! We then did Christmas in June with the kids and headed back to the hotel for a nice hot shower and thanks to Becky & Sherry who played Apples to Apples with Josh, Jacob, Jalynn & Jade! The laughter could be heard by all! Another great day!
Today we are pouring more cement. This time in the classroom. The second team is also back up on the roof putting the cloth and sealer on. One of the groups got to go to the market today also. Already been a busy day and we still have half of a day to go! God Bless to all and please keep sending prayer!
